DWARF PACIFIC PLANAXIS

Abundant under stones on rocky shores with brackish water.  Emits green glow when disturbed. Shell covered with a fuzzy brown periostracum.  Attains 1/2 inch.  Hawaii through the Southwest Pacific.  Formerly known as Planaxis labiosa.  The Corded Vexilla occurs in the same habitat.
