Harems are locally common near outcrops exposed
to current deeper than 50 feet where it feeds upon zooplankton. Ovate with a pointed snout, orange above, pink below, tail
lobes half magenta. Attains 5 inches.
Hawai‘i and the Central Pacific,
west to Mauritius.
