ORANGEFIN ANEMONEFISH
Common with
anemones on outer reefs to 60 feet.
Adults yellowish-orange with dark brown center, juveniles brown or
olive, with two bluish-white bars, the rear bar narrower than the front,
caudal fin white except orange in Fiji and Tonga.
Amphiprion clarkii has two
equally wide white bars. Attains 5 inches. Eastern Indonesia
to French Polynesia.
