| Common under rocks in shallow water. Shell
conical with a wide base, glassy, spire flexed in two directions, whorls
flat, suture flush, varices aligned, outer lip thin and strongly arched forward. Attains
0.2 inch, 4mm. Endemic to Hawaii. Formerly known as Balcis
kanaka. |
