BLUEMARGIN HEADSHIELD SLUG

Locally common on sand at any depth where it feeds upon small bubble snails.  Distinctive dorsal crest angled forward, base color variable, with black, orange, and white dots, often with a thin blue margin.  Attains 3 inches.  Hawaii, Indo-Pacific, and Tropical Eastern Pacific.
