COSMOPOLITAN HAIRY TRITON

Rare in Hawaii at scuba depths, usually inhabited by a hermit crab.  Aperture pale orange, columella lined orange & white, wider and more pale than Monoplex intermedius.  Attains 3 inches.  Tropics worldwide.  Formerly known as Cymatium aquatile.
