Abundant in a variety of habitats but usually overlooked.  About 1/4 inch.

NORTHEAST PACIFIC

Parapleustes pugettensis

Spring Bay, Victoria, Canada, 20 feet

KELP FLEA

Found on kelp at scuba depths.  Active and readily swims in the water column.  About 1/2 inch.  Northeast Pacific.
