 TITAN SCORPIONFISH      nohu

Large species uncommon among boulders and rocky outcrops at scuba depths due to spearfishing but common in the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands.  Broad tapering head, orange with ornate pattern of black lines and multicolored flecks.  Attains 20 inches.  Endemic to Hawai'i.
