Moku Manu Pinnacle, Oahu, 100 feet

A rare aggregating species along current-swept ledges deeper than 100 feet which occasionally migrates toward the surface.  Slender with a blunt snout, orange above, fuchsia below, and a purple spot at the base of each tail lobe.  Attains 2 inches.  Reported from scattered locations throughout the Indo-Pacific.
