Phu Quoc island, Vietnam, 25 feet

Occurs on muddy sand deeper than 20 feet with commensal shrimp.  Dark horizontal stripe on head, blue and red stripes on middle of anal fin.  Specimen above is very dark and diagnostic patterns are barely visible except the anal fin.  Attains 6 inches.  Andaman Sea to Palau and the Solomon Islands.
