BLUESTRIPED FANGBLENNY
This blenny mimics cleaner wrasses and feeds by
darting at unwary fishes to nip off scales and skin. It is common
on reefs in clear water at scuba depth. Attains 4.75 inches.
East Africa to Japan and French Polynesia. Replaced in Hawai'i by
the endemic P. ewaensis. |
