Palau

Inhabits sandy areas of reefs and estuaries.  Slender with faint bands of brown oval spots, caudal fin with black trailing edge, white tip on pelvic and caudal fins.  Attains 18 inches.  Red Sea to Okinawa and French Polynesia, excluding Hawaii.
