GOLDEN HORSESHOE WORM
Common in sand at scuba depths. Paired feeding structure known as the
lophophore attains diameter of 3/4 inch. White, green, or
orange. Reported from temperate waters of California, Bermuda,
Spain, NW Africa, the Guianas, and Madagascar. |
