OAHU TUBE SHELL

Uncommon in algal mat or soft sediment at any depth, or in beach drift.  Light brown fading white in beach drift, 35-40 rounded ribs with narrower interspaces, and a convex septum.  Attains 0.1 inch, 3 mm.  Endemic to Hawaii.
