RED-BANDED TURBAN

Common among red algae under stones in shallow water.  Spiral keels lacking granules, keels and grooves red and white.  Attains 2mm.  Philippines, Bonin Islands, Wake, Marshall Islands, and Hawaii.  Formerly known as Leptothyra rubricincta.
