MARBLED RISSO

Common in rubble at any depth.  Glassy with a varix on the outer lip and a subtle columellar fold, brown blotches below the suture, and scattered white dots.  Attains 0.1 inch, 2 mm.  Queensland to Hawaii and French Polynesia.  Formerly known as Vitricithna marmorata.
