GOLDEN MITER

Uncommon under dead coral or rubble deeper than 20 feet.  Strong axial ribs with a prominent white midbody spiral.  Attains 1 inch, 25 mm.  East Africa to Japan, Hawaii, and  the Society Islands.  Formerly considered a synonym of Vexillum unifasciale.
