| Uncommon in sand deeper than 10 feet. Obconic, with inflated
whorls and a stepped spire, cream with a purple base. Attains 0.8 inch,
20 mm. Okinawa to Hawaii and the Tuamotus. Formerly known as Imbricaria conovula. |
