SPINY CUP-AND-SAUCER
| Common on manmade objects, or rocks and rubble within
harbors. Shape conforms to the substrate, sculpture and color
variable, with a vase-shaped cup below the apex. Attains 2.8 inches, 71mm. A worldwide invasive species
introduced to Hawaii by ships during World War Two. |
