Rare in Hawaii and
uncommon elsewhere, in sand deeper than 20 feet. Slender, with
fine axial ribs, orange with scattered white blotches and black
subsutural dashes. Attains 4.5 inches,
115mm. East Africa to Hawaii and Samoa.
