COOKE'S SCALLOP

Uncommon under stones and within dead coral at scuba depths.  Attains 1.5 inch.  Endemic to Hawaii.  Formerly known in Hawaii as Chlamys irregularis.  Part of the Laevichlamys cuneata species complex.
