HAWAIIAN CYLINDRICAL STAR

Uncommon under ledges & stones in shallow water.  Smooth with rows of raised bumps composed of tiny scales, color variable.  Attains width of 5 inches.  Endemic Hawaiian subspecies, parent species widespread Indo-Pacific.
