Occurs in coral rubble in shallow water.  Mantle edged with broad white, black, and light brown lines, gills light with brown dots.  Attains 5.5 inches.  Type specimen was collected at Hikueru Atoll in the Tuamotu Archipelago.  Member of the Glossodoris cincta complex.  Indo-Pacific excluding Hawaii.
