SINGED SPINDLE

Rare in Hawaii in deep water, but fairly common elsewhere under dead coral at any depth.  White, pink, or brown with a dark brown base and pale orange, pink, or white aperture.  Attains 1.4 inches, 35mm.  East Africa to Japan, Hawaii, and the Marquesas.
