BANDED MITER

Common under stones at scuba depths.  Numerous dark spirals, extremely variable.   Attains 3/4 inch.  Hawaii & the Indo-Pacific.  Formerly known as Vexillum unifascialis.  Vexillum aureolatum once considered a form of this species.
