STRAWBERRY DRUPE

Common on or under rocks deeper than 15 feet.  Most are heavily encrusted with coralline algae, and the aperture is bright pink and yellow.  Attains 2.4 inches, 60mm.  East Africa to Hawaii and the Tuamotus.  Formerly known as Drupa rubusidaea.
