KEOHEA FILE SHELL

Common in wispy nests beneath stones in shallow water.  Shell thin with threadlike ribs becoming nearly smooth in the center.  Pale orange tentacles extended during feeding.  Attains 1 inch.  Endemic to Hawai‘i.  Formerly known as Lima keokea.
