Occasionally seen along windward shores during storms, in cool waters these may wash ashore by the millions.  Short tentacles are sticky and extend below the buoyant disc.  Delivers a mild sting.  Attains length of 4 inches, usually 1 inch in Hawaii.  Worldwide in warm and temperate seas.
