| Common on upper portions of outer reefs exposed to current or surge.
Rice-like capsules are reproductive structures. Preyed upon by
nudibranchs.
Delivers a potent sting that resembles electric shock. Attains height of 1
meter. East Frica to the West Pacific. Formerly known as
Aglaophenia cuppressina. |
