Palau, 8 feet

Aggregations inhabit inner and outer reefs.  Orange hexagonal spots with blue outline, dark patch behind upper gill cover, caudal fin spotted, yellow patch above peduncle.  Attains 16 inches.  Indonesia to Okinawa, Micronesia, and Fiji.
