Cargo Pier, Midway Atoll, 20 feet

A tiny and rarely seen inhabitant of reefs.  Greenish gray with fine blue vertical lines on the head.  Attains 1 inch.  Endemic to Hawaii and Johnston Island.  Formerly known as Zonogobius farcimen.
