LARGETOOTH or WILBUR'S GOBY

Common on silty sand in shallow water.  Lower lateral stripe with paired brown spots, dark blotch below eye, diffuse brown bars radiating from pupil.  Attains 3 inches.  Seychelles to Okinawa, Fiji, and Kiribati.
