Savusavu Bay, Fiji, 10 feet

THREAD SHRIMPGOBY

Inhabits burrows with the commensal shrimp Alpheus on silty sand and rubble.  Diffuse brown spots, central row of well-separated dashes, white streak on pectoral fin, brown marks on upper iris.  Attains 2.75 inches.  Indonesia to Micronesia and Fiji.
