A common inhabitant of tidepools and rocky shores. Capable of displaying spotted or banded pattern at will.
Has 10-12 predorsal scales nearly reaching upper edge of preopercle.
Atains 3 inches. Hawaii & the Indo-Pacific. Formerly
reported from Hawaii as Bathygobius fuscus. |
