Colonia Harbor, Yap, 15 feet

Occurs on silty sand and rubble near reefs.  Black spot on dorsal fin folowed by long filament with orange and white bands, brown dots on iris.  Attains 2 inches.  Indonesia to Okinawa, east to Fiji.
