Rarely observed at night when they leave their home within live Pearl or Rock Oysters to locate small invertebrate prey.  Semi-transparent with a dark vertebral column and tail.  Attains 3.5 inches.  South Africa to Okinawa, Hawaii, and Pitcairn.
