FINGER ACROPORA

Common on shallow reefs.  Hemispherical colonies of finger-like vertical branches with a very large but short axial corallite, large tubular radial corallites with flaring lips in rows, smaller corallites scattered between.  Cream, brown, pink, or blue with pale or pink tips.  Indo-Pacific and the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands.
